As an Academy Project Manager you will be responsible for achieving and maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring that academy learning and development projects are delivered on scope, on time, and on budget.

You’ll engage with multiple senior level clients to understand their business needs and work with internal stakeholders to leverage the global assets of Kantar Consulting to respond to those needs.

As the Academy Project Manager (APM) at Kantar Consulting you will ensure that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for the proactive management of multiple, established, global learning academies and will be expected to liaise across all key functions to ensure an efficient, end-to-end training delivery experience for the client. The APM will report directly to the Senior Academy Project Manager and work closely with the Academy Team Assistant, Client Directors, Shared Services and the Accounts Team to ensure that all respective functions are completing the Academy tasks within a reasonable time-frame.


Through a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project manager role, preferably gained within a global learning organisation, branding consultancy, advertising agency or business consultancy, you are an exceptional team player with a keen attention to detail. You are exceptionally well organised with a strong administrative and process focus and financially savvy.

High levels of energy, enthusiasm and creativity are prerequisites coupled with the ability to prioritise work load and overcome challenges in projects by devising and advising on potential solutions. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally within a high-pressure, fast-moving environment and to adapt easily to meet changing business needs and priorities
