Credit Control Account Handler – Hybrid Working – Colchester:

I have a fantastic opportunity to join a great team in their account handler team, they are very flexible with who they are looking for however you must have previous experience working within insurance.

About the job:

You will be responsible for a portfolio of broker accounts to perform Premium Credit Control Services. Review market and client systems to establish the settlement position of unpaid aged debt. Provide analytical analysis on each policy to include the chasing and collection of unpaid debt. Work with and develop strong relationships in order to ensure cash flow is maximised. Provide quality feedback onto the internal system.

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (3 days working from home, 2 days in the office)

Skills Required:

  • You must have previous insurance experience
  • Excellent knowledge of excel
  • Good numerical skills and the ability to work accurately showing attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a team environment
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite would be beneficial
