My client are an award wining research company based in Warrington, they are looking for an Account Manager to join their busy Customer Service team.

Responsibilities

A single point of contact for specific groups of customers
Provision of quotes, chasing quotes, registering cases, organising collections and acting as point of call for customers for full life cycle
Handle any customer complaints at first contact
Ensure all departmental procedures, policies and protocols are adhered to
Attend account meetingsHours of work at 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
