Onboarding and Team Administrator – £18,000 – £21,000 – Bournemouth

REED recruitment are currently looking for a Onboarding and Team Administrator to join a well recognised law firm in Bournemouth.

The role:

As Onboarding and Team Administrator you will acting in a central role for new and existing clients being their first point of contact. As well as delivering a fantastic introduction to the team and firm other duties will include:

– Responding to website, telephone and email enquires

– Giving quotations for new work

– Work with heads of departments to allocate new work to fee earners

– Making appointments for clients

– Opening new files ensuring steps are undertaken accurately and effectively

About you:

You will need to have previous experience in a admin or customer service role, other skills may include

– Confident and sensitive communicator

– Excellent attention to detail

– Highly organised

– Team player

Whilst legal experience isn’t essential you should have an interest in working within the legal sector.
