We are currently recruiting for an administrative assistant to work within a small office environment.
The ideal candidate must have a friendly and professional approach when answering telephone and email enquiries, great communication skills and have experience of working with Microsoft Office based products.
This administration assistant job will cover duties such as answering incoming calls and emails, checking the progress of orders, checking received orders to delivery notes, booking in stock, cross referencing supplier invoices, Purchase Ledger activities, obtaining feedback from customers and general administrative tasks such as inputting data, scanning and filing.
You will need to be able to prioritise tasks and follow up to ensure that every task is complete.
A professional telephone manner is important and you must be able to work without supervision.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Experience an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
Company pension available after 3month probation period.
38 hours per week.
Mon-Thurs 8am – 4.30pm; Friday 8am – 2.30pm
28 days holiday (inc bank holidays)
