We are currently recruiting for our client in the centre of Chelmsford who are looking for Administrators to join their busy team.

The client is looking for candidates with great attention to detail and strong work ethic.

The company specialise in financial services and are looking for assistance for around 6 months due to an increase in work. They have mentioned that if you are successful in post, there is the potential that this role could lead to a permanent opportunity.

The hours are 37.5 a week with shifts between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, and the client is looking for the role to start on Monday 25th October.

Duties include:

  • Reviewing queries received via email
  • Monitoring multiple team inboxes
  • Administrative duties
  • Quality checking
  • Building strong internal relationships to provide best service
  • Adhering to regulations and compliance of all processes
  • Highlighting risks and escalate where needed

You will need:

  • To be immediately available
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Previous administrative experience
  • To be IT literate
  • Able to commit to full time hours
  • An interest working within Financial Services
  • To have limited annual leave over the Christmas period and also between March and April 2022 (this is due to busy periods)
