Due to our continued success Brook Street Recruitment are supporting our client based in Co Down for Inbound Customer Advisors to commence the role in September 2019

We have multiple full time and part time positions available with varied shifts between 8am and 8:30pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6:30pm Saturday. Applicants must demonstrate a flexible approach and be prepared to work rotational shifts. You will receive your rota up to 4 weeks in advance.

Your role would involve acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and handling everything from general enquiries to customer resolution. The primary purpose of the Customer Service Advisor is to take inbound customer calls however our client also requires some up-selling and promotion of add-on products during these calls.

Training is 4-5 Weeks Monday to Friday, from 9am 5:30pm and is fully paid. If successful you will be paid weekly for the first 12 weeks and then transfer to your permanent employment
