We are recruiting for a Bid Manager for a well known International Brand to support all new and retention business tendering opportunities across 4 key sales channels. This is a permanent position, with some hybrid working, and some UK travel may be required.
Key responsibilities will be to project manage the bids process, supporting the sales team in producing high quality bids and submissions and working closely with key stakeholders and business experts.
- write benefit led- content using bid-writing best practice
- work closely with technical experts to complete bid and tender documentation
- support the collation, production and distribution of accurate bid documentation
- creative design, direction and production of documents
- support the sales teams to develop account strategy and help build storylines behind pitch presentations
- act on all inbound leads
- undertake ad-hoc duties within sales and marketing
- data analysis and presentation building
