From finance to HR, this will be a very varied and hands-on role for the ideal person who enjoys being kept busy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deal with the HR process of onboarding new starters to the business
  • Implement the correct HR policies
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensuring office equipment is fully stocked
  • Liaise with IT support for any technical issues that cannot be resolved
  • Organise events, incentives and gifts for birthdays
  • Prepare client and contractor contracts and ensure contractors are compliant
  • Manage payroll (internal and contractor) including receiving timesheets
  • Report on company and individual sales and billings

Person specification:

  • Office management or operational experience within recruitment
  • Finance degree or formal training
  • Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Personable, mature and accountable individual
