Our client is a leading Government Supplier with a rich history spanning many years and having evolved over the last few years into an organisation with a clear identity and passion for delivering a truly high-quality service and exceptional customer experience within its ever growing and important sector

Due to the recent appointment of a new IT Director they now have a requirement for a Project Manager t o join their Implementation Team as part of their ongoing large scale plans over the next few years in building Best In Class In-House IT Department over their current Outsourced Model

Working as a Project Manager you will help Drive Change to the Business Systems & Organisational Processes, Technology & Culture. You will To Provide Business Analytical, Systems Implementation & Project Management Services to the Business, Supporting Key Elements of the System Projects & Assisting with the Effective Delivery of Key Activities as part of the IT Department.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Systems Implementation /Project Manager may include the following;

  • Lead & Manage Business Transformation Projects, including Technology, Stakeholders & Organisational Change Management
  • Business Operating Model Design & Transformation, including Business Systems Process Transformation & Governance Optimisation
  • Business Systems Transformation Planning & Mobilisation
  • Build & Manage Productive Internal & External Relationships
  • Drive Business Transformation Activities towards Achieving Budget Objectives

Key Skills & Experience Required for Business Systems Project Manager role:

  • Experience within some of the following areas: Business Systems Implementation / Business Systems Transformation, Project Management, People & Organisational Change Management, Operating Models / Data Sourcing
  • Experience of Business / System Analysis & Planning
  • Proven Ability to work Creatively & Analytically in Problem-Solving Environment
  • Excellent Leadership, Communication & Interpersonal Skills
