One of the largest Brokers in the World, are looking for an experienced Account Handler to work in their Corporate Team. They encourage personal development so there is plenty of scope to grow with the company.
Working in a team of 10, the role will require you to prepare documentation for new customers in relation to their insurance requirements, obtain renewal terms for customers and identify alternative quotations before producing presentations for account managers to discuss with customers. Prepare documentation for existing customers in relation to renewals and mid-term adjustments in partnership with Account Managers. Prepare renewal closings from renewal meeting minutes and ensure cover bound by renewal date. Deal with Insurer queries in relation to customer policies. Assist with customer queries relating to existing policies and liaise with insurers regarding potential changes and new terms for policies. Understand and apply fundamental legal and regulatory policy in relation to internal policies and the insurance contract as required.
If you have Insurance Administration experience in a commercial setting, have worked towards targets within a regulated framework and achieved SLAs and have excellent rapport building experience then I would really love to hear from you.
