Our client is looking to hire a dedicated Communications Officer to join their marketing team. The Communications Officer will support the internal and external communications strategy, write and disseminate publicity material, respond to inquiries from the public and media, and coordinate promotional events.

Background in Internal communications; used to writing copy, writing organisational messages and dealing with the press
Social Media experience required
Customer experience / community management is a plus
Strong decision-making skills and issue resolution ability; appropriate escalation of issues- understand sensitivities of social media
Highly collaborative and excellent communication skills.
Experience in fast paced environment key; managing projects and seeing things through to completionProfile
The successful candidate:
Knowledge of desktop publishing software (InDesign/Photoshop).
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
