GTC are part of a family of companies owned by BUUK Infrastructure and we are currently looking for a Compliance Team Leader to join our Asset Adoption department specialising in adopting new networks into the company. In this role you will be assisting the Compliance Manager to ensure the assets constructed by Adoption partners are recorded accurately and fit for purpose. This is a full-time (Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm) permanent position, based out of our Head Office location in Woolpit, Suffolk.

We will consider job shares or part-time hours for this role.

Responsibilities will include –

* Ensure sufficient support is provided to assist the Compliance & Technical Operations Team.

* Working with the Network Adoption Managers and Adoption Engineers to resolve any issues on site

* Creating a strong working relationship with Adoption Partners and other departments to assist in resolving any issues.

* Manage whereabouts and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure multi utility audits are conducted in line with policy

* Ensure multi utility technical records are updated on relevant business systems in a timely manner

* Provide analysis and reports using various business systems

* Manage technical reviews of multi utility asset photographs

* Manage and review Adoption partner competencies

* Continuously review current processes and procedures and amend when necessary to achieve best working practices.

* Liaise with Construction auditors and provide assistance when required

* Report on team performance and where appropriate address underperformance issues.

* Maintaining inhouse databases

* Work in conjunction with other parties within the business to improve processes to enhance the customer experience and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

* Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Compliance Manager that fall within the general experience scope of the individual.
