Are you an experienced private client litigator, looking for a role with access to quality work as well as a route to partnership in the near future?

My client is a well-established regional firm which enjoys an excellent reputation within the market, including rankings in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners across a number of legal disciplines. An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious probate litigation lawyer to join its team advising on a broad range of wills & probate disputes in a role which has clear scope for advancement to partnership, in a well-regarded firm conveniently located close to transport links from both Kent and South London.

You will be an experienced private client litigator of at least 5yr PQE or equivalent, with an ability to provide high quality advice to clients on matters such as validity of wills, inheritance disputes, removal of executors and trustees, professional negligence and breach of trust claims. You will ideally be ACTAP-qualified or working towards this, and will be looking to help the firm build up this area of practice further in a senior role, although there are already plenty of instructions and enquiries coming into the firm to give you a head start!
