As a Contract Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring that all client contracts are created, updated and renewed in a timely fashion whilst meeting company goals and expectations.
This would involve building strong relationships with numerous departments around the business to gather missing information, create customer welcome packs, accurately enter contracts onto the system, chasing customers for signed contracts, managing the department inbox, ad hoc reporting and more.
This varied job role would suit proactive individuals who are capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and who are highly motivated with the ability to work under your own initiative.
