Contract Support job for a leading FM provider in London

Your new role
As the Contract Support you will be responsible for running the helpdesk, using Concept, which involves building strong relationships with the client as well as engineers and contractors. You will also be involved in the finance elements, producing PO’s, invoices, reports and forecasting, using systems such as SAP and dynamics.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need experience within a facilities helpdesk position, ideally experience using Concept (or an alternative CAFM system), SAP or dynamics. It is essential to be proactive, have excellent communication skills and able to prioritise tasks and use your initiative.
