Do you have previous Conveyancing Secretarial experience? We are working with our well established and growing law firm with offices based in Chippenham to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Secretary. This is a thriving law firm that pride themselves on delivering high levels of service to customers.
Previous Residential/Conveyancing experience is essential along with an ability to use your initiative and take responsibility for your work load.
Duties will include:
* Assisting and supporting the principle with residential conveyancing work, including residential sales, purchases and re-mortgages and all ancillary tasks incidental to residential conveyancing.
Accurate typing/audio typing and a good sense of layout and presentation of letters and documentation. A good telephone manner and the ability to deal with clients is essential.
Hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with 28 days holiday in addition to bank holidays.
