The Department

Our Business Development team is firmly embedded within the business and works closely with our partners offering a real expertise in winning new business and delivering an excellent client experience. Our success comes from really understanding our clients, their businesses and sectors and working in strategic partnership with them. But that’s not enough. We know that to secure new business and further growth, we have to really differentiate ourselves in a crowded market – our Business Development team is crucial to this strategy.

The Role

As part of the Business Development team, you will work with the Client Programme Manager to champion OnePlace, the firms CRM system, ensuring that it is being used to its full potential. You will oversee the system and ensure it is fit for purpose and continues to develop in line with the evolving needs of the firm.

The Person

We’re looking for an personable and tech-savvy Salesforce Administrator. To be a success in this role, you’ll already have experience working with Salesforce, ideally in a similar professional, financial services or B2B environment but your technical expertise is more important that your background. You’ll need to be highly organised, comfortable working to tight deadlines and, sometimes, under pressure.

You’ll need to be a good persuader, with confident communication skills, along with a client-centric, data-driven approach.
