We are currently expanding our operation in our Guarantor Loans Division for Customer Account Managers to join our growing business that want to join a company where they can have a career. You maybe looking for change of career and have no experience what is important is that you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn as full training is provided.
The Role
Passionate about customer service and an effective communicator, you will assist with the collection of payments from our customer base. Using a variety of tools, you will be required to assist customers experiencing difficulties making their payments and negotiate a suitable outcome.
Key Responsibilities · To identify and develop existing customer base · To ensure all administrative and audit procedures are complied with. · To sell company products. · To maximise business opportunity development potential. ·Ensuring Compliance with the requirements of the Company, the FCA and other regulatory organisations. · Achieve all targets as defined by Manager. · Receive customer payments in person, by post and balance cash draw. · Generate business through quality customer service. · Explain services and products to customers and analyse customer suitability for products. · Prepare and process loan applications. · Ensure all customer documentation is accurate and up to date at all times.
