This innovative and vibrant telecommunications company are looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and trouble shoot issues over the telephone. You will have B2B Customer experience and have a real passion for building strong relationships.

* Answering phone calls / delivering customer service via telephone and email

* Processing orders for mobile and telephony hardware

* Making administrative changes to customer accounts

* Monitoring billing to ensure charges are correct, highlighting problems early

* Preparing and presenting billing data in reports to support the sales process

* Solving problems

* Offering advice

* Overseeing customer requests and activities in other areas of our business

* Leveraging the CRM relationship to spot additional sales opportunities and generate referrals

* Maintaining accurate customer and contract information across all internal systems

* Following agreed processes and procedures and contributing ideas for continuous improvement

Experience:

* B2B customer service ideally in a SME business environment

* Any Telecoms experience advantageous

* Computer literate – MS Office Suite, strong on excel

Working Hours Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm
