An incredibly successful, people-centred enterprise is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. You will support the Marketing and Communications Manager in working towards improving levels of customer care.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calling of prospective and existing customers; working with child care services and the central support team to provide the highest levels of customer service. The role benefits from working Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.30 pm with no shift patterns or weekend working! They also offer hybrid working.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Service Advisor your key duties will include:

* Update the enquiry database and learn to operate the management system

* Help to manage and update the online Booking System

* Maintain effective and up to date customer contact records and deal with confidential and sensitive information

* Offer quality customer interaction and communication by phone, email and text messaging

* Provide excellent customer service to all enquiries from new and existing customers

* Work towards weekly and monthly targets

* Undertake admin duties and sales support as and when required

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

* Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably telephone based

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook

* Highly organised and self-motivated

* Experienced with or ability to work to set targets
