Customer Service Advisor – Temporary-Permanent
A long-standing client of ours are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team on a Temporary-Permanent basis.
This role is a hybrid working role – with 2 days in office each week and three WFH, for your first 4 weeks it will be office based for training.
Duties will include:
Providing Customer Service support over the telephone to customers, providing updates on orders and booking in engineers using the in-house diary system
Responding to customer emails in a prompt and timely manner
Double checking product codes and ensuring the all information is accurate ahead of submission
Managing data entry and administrative duties using MS Excel and the in-house databaseThis role will suit someone with previous Customer Service and Administrative experience, who is able to multitask and maintain good attention to detail.
Full time hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and one in three Saturdays on a rota basis working 9am-3pm. Salary is initially will be £8.91 per hour, but increases to 19k-20k once permanent (after a 3 month probation)
