Prestige Recruitment Specialists are working on an exclusive basis with our Client for the role of Customer Service Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning company and household name!!
The purpose of the role is to administer and support an efficient onboarding process to provide seamless customer integration and undertake the day to day activities as part of the internal customer facing team delivering a world class end to end service to each customer. You will be responding to and making contact with customer via telephone, E mail, SMS and online portals.
About you;
* Educated to GCSE level (including Math’s and English)
* Previous experience in a customer service environment desirable
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise – essential
* Self-motivated
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* High standard of written and verbal communication
* Good IT skills
You may have years of experience in a Sales admin, a recent graduate or from retail – this could all count. What is really important is your enthusiasm and can do attitude.
Hours are Monday to Friday based – 39.5 hours per week.
