Our client is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join their busy team.

This role is very customer focused and on a day-to-day basis, you will be handling customer enquires by phone and email and processing sales orders on their SAP system.

You will be expected to deal with all general enquiries, over a vast product range however, full product training will be provided.

As well as processing the orders, you will be responsible for carrying out the returns process and investigating credit/invoice queries.

You Will:

Have previous administration experience, which includes carrying out data entry tasks as well as processing orders.

You will have experience of dealing with a high volume of inbound calls, as well as experience delivering excellent customer service, bother written and verbally.

This is a fast-paced, customer focused role so candidates must have excellent communication skills and a good attention to detail.

A knowledge of SAP would be a distinct advantage.

working hours are 8:30am-5pm
