Customer Support Team Coordinator

Full Time

Due to expansion our well established client is looking for a Customer Support Team Coordinator to join their office in Rayleigh, Essex.

Reporting to the Customer Support Team Manager, the Customer Support Team Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the team in delivering administrative, reporting and statistical support to the field teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Department Procedures

  • Ensure queries are resolved within the fastest possible timescales via phone and email
  • Enable smooth and compliant delivery of service
  • Work within internal procedures to ensure that key performance indicators are met with no faults
  • To ensure all records are maintained in accordance with operational requirements
  • Facilitating liaison between individual regions
  • Provide reports and information as requested by Customer Support Team Manager
  • Booking of bed spaces
  • Assisting Operations with Complaint and Incident Reporting

Team working

  • Liaise regularly with line manager and team members
  • Helping/providing cover for other team members as required
  • Attending team and other staff meetings
  • Supporting new team members and provide on-the-job training
  • Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager

Communication and Liaison

  • Keep up-to-date with all written and verbal communications (i.e. emails/messages/calls)
  • Ensure all records are maintained and kept up-to-date according to company policies and procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS:
*Good office administration and organisational skills
*Good communication skills both verbal and written
*Able to work independently or as part of a team
*Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Software

In return, you will benefit from 20 days holiday increasing to 25 days with service, pension and life insurance.

Hours: Mon-Fri 40 hours per week 8.30am-5pm
Salary: £18,000
