Penns Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a well established organisation based in Castle Bromwich. Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated, career minded Digital Marketing/E-commerce Assistant to join their digital team.
Experience required in writing and proofreading in a professional role as well as having the ability to adapt writing to suit different retail sectors and target markets.
Ideally our client is looking for a Graduate with a Marketing or English focused degree. A good understanding of SEO, digital marketing and social media platforms will be an advantage.
Populating and maintaining website content as well as 3rd party channel content including Amazon, eBay and Homebase.
Content research and creation, being able to interpret, write and use the correct ‘tone of voice’ for online channels.
Competitor research, identifying opportunities for company brands within the marketplace.
Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with PPC, SEO and social media requirements.
Supporting the Digital Designer in the creation of email campaigns
Knowledge of – Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, Adwords, Visual Soft, Email Campaigns and eBay & Amazon platforms would be beneficial
The successful candidate will be able to write interesting and persuasive digital content to populate the company websites and online channels including product profiles, articles/blogs and social media posts.
Great interpersonal skills, able to work both independently as well as part of team are essential qualities for this role. You will need to meet strict deadlines, be extremely organised with superb attention to detail.
This is a varied and fast paced role.
Salary : £22,000 – £24,000 pa
Hours : 8.30 am to 5pm Mon to Fri
