In support of one of our global pharmaceutical clients, I am recruiting for a talented clinical development professional to join their late stage oncology group.
Office based in Cambridge, this position works between several functions, including Clinical Science, Clinical Development and Biometrics/Data.
The purpose of the role is to provide a key link between clinical science, data and other sources of key information to aid the clinical development activities and ongoing strategies within a specific therapy aligned team (oncology and immune oncology).
This work will see you collaborating with various functions from drug discovery, R&D, clinical operations, clinical science, PVG and data management to explore the development of new and existing studies for drug treatments in various cancer types.
This is a director level role where you will provide leadership to a group of clinical scientist and informatics specialists in giving support to other directors of the clinical development functions.
Working with colleagues in both Europe and the US, your team will support those working on the design of clinical trials, to enable them to optimise study plans, protocol development and other clinical development strategies. You and your team will help to aid decision making using existing data, modelled clinical trials data and scientific information.
A background in project management and clinical development (ideally in Oncology or Immuno-oncology) from within Clinical Project Management, Clinical Scientific Information, Clinical Biometrics, Regulatory Affairs or Medical Writing will be beneficial along with experience that demonstrates your ability to provide information in the shaping and decision making for the future direction of clinical trials development…… click apply for full job details
