Dispatch Administrator

Role:

Evaluate and reassign work to available technicians as needed
Monitor and regulate work volumes
Provide updates and status information on the progress of dispatchable work
Communicate with technicians and/or other departmental employees to resolve tech to load imbalances
Develop necessary anaylitical skills to ensure that dispatchable work is processed accurately
Possesses basic computer skills, good oral and written communication and strong customer service skills

The hours will be core UK business hours between 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week.
