8 Week Temporary Contract

£30,000 – £35,000 pro rata

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a global Pharmaceutical business based on Granta Park, who are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join them on an 8 week temporary basis. This position will be 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As Facilities Coordinator, you will be supporting the Facilities Management function by providing administrative and analytical support. Main duties of the role will include;

  • Coordinating and supporting supplier management of onsite services

  • Support the procurement process

  • Maintaining office, kitchen and meeting room supplies

  • Organising paperwork in correct files both physically and electronically

  • Arrange service and repair call outs

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships

  • Develop and manage KPI’s and monitor customer feedback

  • Financial support ie. Raising purchase orders and tracking expenses

  • Scheduled site visits

Our client are looking for candidates who are great multi-taskers who will go above and beyond to provide the best possible service to internal customers. Other essential requirements are;

  • Ideally 2+ years experience in a similar facilities role

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to interface with all levels of the business

  • Excellent customer service

  • Experience with SAP and ARIBA would be highly advantageous
