We are lucky to work alongside a stunning hotel and spa which has an outstanding reputation across the country. This award-winning Grade II listed stately manor retreat is set in 50 acres of quintessential English countryside. The Hotel and Spa pairs period style with modern luxury and attentive service.

With a recent refurbishment, over 100 rooms and multiple state-of-the-art facilities, they are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to be responsible for all Food & Beverage outlets across the site. You will lead by example, provide continuous support to the Food & Beverage Team and maintain the highest possible standards of customer service.

Your day-to-day as a Food & Beverage Manager in a nutshell:

Fully responsible for 3 main food & beverage units across the site
Manage, train and develop the Food & Beverage team to ensure the highest possible standards are met, including recruitment, inductions and appraisals
Ensure each customer receives a first-class customer service experience, including responding to complaints and taking the appropriate remedial action
Implement strict compliance procedures and codes of practice for purchasing, stock and equipment inventory and usage
Set and agree budgets prior to purchasing in collaboration with the General Manager

What we will look for in the Food & Beverage Manager:

Extensive experience in a similar management role in the hotel, spa and restaurant industry
Experience in risk assessment, work method statements and COSHH across all areas of Food & Beverage within a similar environment
Previous experience in implementing SOP manuals
Familiar with the Health and Safety at Work Act, Food Safety Act 1995
Proactive, dynamic, flexible and a motivator
An excellent communicator
