Intro

A fantastic opportunity has arisen on one of our most prestigious sites. With approximately 60 colleagues on site this is a dynamic site with ample opportunity for great service

Site/Location: – GE Aviation, Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham GL52 8SF

Summary of Role: – We are currently looking for an individual to join our Catering team

34.30 hours per week

7.30 – 3.30pm – Mon-Thurs

7.30 – 12.00pm – Fridays

Accountabilities

Food Service – To Customers – To ensure customer needs are catered for.

Hospitality – To Customers in individual meeting rooms etc. – To satisfy the needs of Clients and their Clientele.

Vending – To fill/clean/service all vending machines – To cater for the needs of the customer.

Food Preparation – To assist in the daily workings of all aspects of food preparation – To complete the obligations of our contractual services.

Food Presentation – To meet the company standards – To achieve standards of quality set by Elior and the Client.

Retail – To serve/assist customers in a timely and polite manner – To retain custom and build a client base.

Comply with Food Safety & Health & Safety Standards – Set by Elior and External Agencies – To retain contract

Answerable – To carry out the requests of the Management and Client – To retain contract obligations and keep a good working relationship within the catering team.

Kitchen work – To work alongside the catering team in the daily routines of all aspects of the kitchen – To maintain high standards of hygiene/cleanliness.

Cash Handling – To service customers and help with the daily accounting via cashing up tills/vending machines – To assist Elior Management in the day to day running of the business.

Stock taking – To assist the Manager in accurate counting of stock in all areas and of all types – To achieve well balanced stock levels in compliance with Elior accounting policies.

Personal Presentation – To keep in good repair a clean uniform – To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene – To be well presented at all times.

Personal Conduct – To be polite and obliging to all customers and colleagues – To retain customers and clients.
