Working with our Client Account Directors and using our evidence-based performance evaluation data, you will be able to work with both current and potential clients in the development and delivery of training workshops aimed at line managers and frontline customer facing teams. Full training will be provided in all aspects that cover our CX solutions along with the best approach when delivering training workshops to clients.

Freelance Training Consultant:

The ideal partner will be a driven training consultant who is able to work in a consultative environment and present at a senior level. You will need to be proactive to establish the clients’ customer experience improvement requirements by using their results data to identify training needs. Using this data, you’ll then recommend, sell and deliver training solutions which will support clients with the development and improvement of their customer service and sales performance.

You will be working closely with internal partners and our dedicated support teams to ensure the best possible customer experience training solution is provided to our clients. We are looking for a presence in various parts of the UK and you’ll be assigned an area and clients to develop and maintain a relationship to support with identifying suitable training needs.

The ideal Training Consultant:

The ideal partner will need to be a positive influencer, have strong negotiation skills, have the skillset to consult and train on packaged solutions and have an excellent aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships.

You should also possess excellent planning and leadership skills to coordinate, develop and motivate both our clients and our internal supporting teams.

You will also need:

-To be motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
-Good levels of communications skills, both verbally and written
-A high level of attention to detail
-To be able to demonstrate a good level of professional presentational skills.
-To have excellent interpersonal skills.
-Be a team player and be able to motivate and support team members.
-To be a proactive individual

Your earning potential could range between £50,000 – £100,000 per annum. Earning potential will be based upon completed training delivery days, as well additional financial incentives relating to business development.

You will need to own your own vehicle and be confident in managing training days and planning around being a self-employed training consultant.
