Fluent German Customer Service Administrator required to join expanding, established and successful manufacturing business. Bilingual and highly fluent in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, the role entails daily liaison with German customers, ensuring that high standards of customer service are delivered at all times.

Exceptional customer service, administration and organisational skills are essential and you must also be a competent user of Microsoft suite.

Duties of the German speaking Customer Service Administrator will include:

– the input of customer orders and processing them to effect timely deliveries.

– liaising with customers via telephone and e-mail on any queries including pricing and availability.

– resolving any customer issues personally or escalating if necessary.

– liaising with colleagues in purchasing/planning/production.

– liaising externally with shipping and courier companies.
