We are currently looking to appoint a Catalogue Specialist (HR Analyst) to work for the Head of Reward and Benefits for one of our clients. This is an exciting new role and would be ideal for someone with an HR background in Science, Manufacturing, Engineering or Research industry. Or has HR experience in working in a FTSE 100 index company.
You will be delivering all aspects of the job catalogue; position management, alignment, mapping and progress as part of the global transformation of HR.
You will be delivering an ongoing plan and ongoing training to match and map individuals progress and suitability to roles within the organisation.
You will develop and deliver a framework of principles that align with future HRIS requirements.
You should have a CIPD qualification or similar degree. You should be technical and detailed orientated with an emotional intelligence and sensitivity towards disclosure when dealing with people.
You should have experience and knowledge of global HR implementations and be able to deliver key elements of projects in a timely manner.
An understanding of family groups and job related evaluation within the industry is a must. As well as having an analytic approach/experience.
If you have the above skills you will be rewarded with a salary of £50-65K + benefits.
Based in Royston ideally but will look at Farringdon.
