Permanent opportunity for a HR Assistant
Your new role
You will be working a temp role which is due to last for two months as a HR Assistant. You will be dealing with general enquiries within the HR department and supporting the more senior team HR team with recruitment.
You will be responsible for preparation of offer letters, contracts of employment and will be required to follow up with probation and appraisal to ensure these processes are followed out in the required timescale. You will need to make sure that the HR system is kept up to date for all new starters, changes and leavers. You will be inputting data related to timesheets, sickness absence, annual leave and any other payroll data. Various other HR duties will be included within this role.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed, ideally you will have worked within a recruitment environment before and have strong administration skills. Experience within recruitment and HR is necessary as this will be a big part of your role. Strong organisation and time management skills will be necessary.
