6-month contract for an experienced HR Business Partner to assist a Divisional HR Director of a FTSE 100 company throughout a period of change and transformation.
They are looking for an HR ‘all-rounder’ who is willing and able to roll their sleeves up and take responsibility for projects and tasks of varying degrees of complexity, from change management and transformation projects, to simple tasks such as the production of org charts.
Experience required: –
Minimum of 8-10 years HR experience
Experience of HR Change Management projects
Experience of HR Transformation programmes
Experience of restructuring programmes
Experience in a global matrix organisation
Excellent communication skills, including experience communicating business changes
Strong stakeholder management skills
Can-do attitude, willing to muck-in
