The Company:

Our client are now looking for an Financial Compliance & Office Manager who has an eye for detail and an incomparable attitude as a team player. The role is very autonomous with aspects of HR administration, monitoring governing regulations for the sector and updating processes and policies accordingly.
Role & Responsibilities of the Financial Compliance & Office Manager:
* Assist the Managing Director with ensuring all Compliance, Training and Competence scheme requirements are met.
* Co-ordinate FCA returns as required.
* Manage relationship with Government Bodies, and complete any requirements as necessary.
* Review and update policies and procedures as per regulatory requirements.
* Assist and support with HR operations.
* Ensure relationship with clients and other stakeholders are documented and appropriate agreements are in place.
* Support Consultants with managing all file requirements and carry out full file reviews once completed.
* Manage some aspects of the office including renewal of insurances, monitoring holiday/sickness etc.
About You:
* Background within compliance from a regulated environment.
* Proven experience within Office Management would be ideal.
* Great team player attitude.
* Excellent communication – both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail is a must!
* Can build an excellent rapport with stakeholders.
