A Global specialist in the wholesale energy market, looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to join a Team of 4, with a offices all over Europe and a current headcount of 500 in the UK.

Your new role
In your new role you will responsible for; conducting monthly reports, leading ER cases, overseeing final payroll checks, managing leavers process, advising senior stakeholders on best practice, trader sign off process, providing regulatory references for certified staff, conducting annual reviews, processing invoice and leading any HR projects.

What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have come from a Financial Services background, have payroll and operations experience, basic understanding of ER cases, previous experience in project management and career development programmes and have a basic understanding of SMCR processes.
