Overview

Our leading industrial sector Client is seeking a HR Manager to join them in a position recently vacated owing to progression.

Role Profile

You will provide HR leadership and operational support to the site leadership team in developing and executing people strategy, ensuring the successful delivery of HR solutions in line with the overall business growth strategy.

Person Profile

* 5 years HR experience, with CIPD level 5 minimum

* Proven experience of developing and leading a multi-disciplined HR team

* Demonstrable knowledge and experience of applying best practice across all HR processes

* Ability to influence Senior Leadership team with confidence and credibility and communicate with employees at all levels

* Previous experience within an industrial / commercial organisation

* Ability to work to tight deadlines with excellent organisational skills

* Strong IT skills

* A Results-focused individual with proven ability to deliver creative solutions

* Willingness to travel to other sites/suppliers/partners as necessary

Desirable

* Strong knowledge of Isle of Man employment law
