£40,000 – 45,000

Are you looking to join a fantastic organization based locally in Woking and with parking? A highly successful organization are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join their team. If you are looking for a role where you can work as part of the Global HR team and provide generalist HR support to the business and wider team then this position could be fantastic for you!

The role involves:
Making sure there is always an effective delivery of reactive and proactive HR support
Providing advice and guidance on policy, processes and procedures to employees and people managers
Collaborating with the HR team members
Working towards the HR policies and procedures
Coaching and supporting Managers with HR related matters
Providing support for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health at the respective sites
Assisting with job descriptions and supporting the recruitment process
Supporting with the input and maintenance of HCM data
Helping with identifying training and development where required
Carrying out exit interviews as required and monitor and report trends
Supporting the monthly payroll process
Supporting with the pay review cycle
Liaising with Finance and the payroll service provider for payroll issues
Providing benefit administration support as required
Dealing with the company organsiational charts
Putting together employment offers in line with company guidelines
Managing the employment documentation and system set-up
Supporting all HR projects within the business

The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working within a fast paced commercial environment
Have previous experience with a HR Manager position
Be confident with all Microsoft packages
Have a high level of attention to detail and a high level of numeracy
Work with confidence and flexibility
Be confidential and discreet at all times
Be prepared to travel time to time to other UK sitesHave comprehensive knowledge and application of UK employment legislation
Maintain effective communication and influencing skills
Be able to resolve problems and come up with fast resolutions
Have previous employee relations experience
Be fluent in German (however this is not beneficial)
