Our client is a well established employer of choice and are actively seeking to recruit a permanent HR Services Advisor to their HR team.

You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and professional service to all colleagues in relation to HR and Payroll administration services, using all HR and Payroll systems.

The duties will include:
Taking ownership for the new starter process,
Management of the probationary period process,
To ensure the leaver process is managed effectively,
Assessing colleagues eligibility for auto-enrolment work place pension,
To ensure that monthly pay queries are dealt with efficiently,
To assist with the full payroll process, in instances running a manual payroll,
To provide support with the company’s travel and expense systems/process.

You will need the following:

A clear understanding of the payroll process with a desire to develop a career in this area.
Ability to manage time in line with the business needs.
Experience of MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
