What You’ll Do:

  • Work with the HR Business Partners, providing operational support on all day-to-day HR activities as the team works to deliver an optimal employee experience
  • Provide HR support to the company during organisational change programmes, global growth and internal restructurings
  • Support the delivery of our benefits programme in the seven countries in which we operate; support the business through the application of global HR policies and practices
  • Acquire advanced skills in HR process management through Workday and other tools
  • Draft HR correspondence and documentation – for example, contractual change letters and reference letters
  • Provide administrative support to global mobility processes, including immigration
  • Assist with new joiner onboarding administration

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You should be motivated to solve problems, help others and improve processes
  • Enthusiastic, resilient and driven
  • Capable of handling sensitive material appropriately
  • Proficiency in work and collaboration software tools; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, HR and Recruitment applications
