MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR
£23,000 Per annum (Full time – 37.5 hrs)

** 2 years experience in similar role or a marketing graduate with a minimum of 1 years experience **

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to work with a successful well established business within Burton upon Trent to support the Marketing Manager in delivering the Association’s marketing plan. The role would be diverse and interesting, utilising digital and traditional marketing methods.

Main Duties:

  • Provide support to the Marketing Manager
  • Support the management of the brand Strategy
  • Liaise with and support members
  • Assist with the planning and marketing communication projects and provide the production and delivery of e-marketing and social media posts etc.
  • Support management of all websites’ content via content management systems (CMS)
  • Assist in the production and mailing of the Association’s quarterly magazine
  • Maintain and build the customer relationship management (CRM) re contacts and marketing mailing lists
  • Support with the coordination and logistics of events, including member meetings, exhibitions/ seminars, AGM and social events
  • Carry out marketing administrative tasks, such as, managing enquiries, processing orders and stock of marketing materials
  • Liaise with and communicate to the Association’s membership, audit and training teams
  • Liaise with partners and external suppliers as necessary
  • Support the Chief Executive and Marketing Manager with ad hoc projects

Desirable but not essential:

  • Project management experience
  • Experience of using CMS and CRM systems Essential Desirable Identified via Experience
  • A person with a 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • Marketing graduate with a 1 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience of using CMS and CRM systems
  • Project management experience
