An exciting new opportunity to join us here at Knight Frank has become available, and we are currently seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Communications team based at our Global HQ at Baker Street, London.

As part of our Marketing & Communications team, you will be responsible for delivering best in class marketing support to the 30 offices in the Country business and you will provide support and assistance in formulating and implementing relevant strategies and marketing campaigns. You will, therefore, be experienced in implementing marketing activity based on strategic goals in a collaborative manner, to achieve business success. In the Marketing Executive role, you will be responsible for:

Assisting with the implementation of localised marketing strategy across all regions of the country business
Working closely with the Senior Operations Coordinators in the regions to meet office-level objectives
Dealing with daily requests and queries and performing a range of marketing activities
Managing day to day approvals of all local office collateral
Becoming a super-user in systems such as Drag and Drop, dotmailer, Addintel, response tap, Bynder, and CMS
Working with Creative services to write and fulfil creative briefs
Liaising with stakeholders to capture briefs and feedback on projects
Assisting in campaign tracking and reporting
Proactively pitching campaign ideas and ways to grow market share
Ad hoc visits and travel within the UK to the country branches

To be successful in the Marketing Executive role you will have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in a similar role
Experience of the full creative process i.e. briefing, planning, developing, execution, and evaluation
Strong IT skills
Strong communication skills with the confidence to communicate with a range of stakeholders
Great attention to detail to maintain accuracy
Imaginative with a good creative eye
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizations skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure
