They are looking for a candidate to join their new homes team as a sales consultant that is motivated, hardworking, lively and driven by success.
The main duties of the job will include:
* Selling new build properties
* Managing the sales process from start to finish
* Marketing properties online
* Contacting potential buyers to arrange viewings
* Hosting site viewings
* Attending networking events
* Generating and following up on pre-existing leads.
* Engaging with overseas and UK clients and qualifying them
The key skills required for the job include:
* New homes sales experience is essential.
* Shared ownership experience is required.
* Property knowledge.
* Money motivated.
* Be computer literate and able to learn systems quickly.
* Be able to work on their own initiative.
* Great customer service skills.
* Confident and eager.
