Some of your duties will include:
Promoting the rights of young people to be treated with dignity and respect in every aspect of their lives.
Establish supportive relationships with residents and encourage the development of stable relationships between staff, families; friends and peers within St John’s
Promote the emotional health and self-esteem of resident young people and support them through changes in living circumstances and personal relationships.
Supporting the young people in making their own choices
Supporting the Young Person to get ready in the morning before college or going into the community
