At Bentley Foodservice we continue to make deliveries every week and in these challenging times, our customers are relying on us now more than ever. As a business we need to continue to do our part due to this exceptional demand, we are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to support our Foodservice Operation.

The purpose of this role is to work within our Customer Services Team in ensuring that our Customer service levels are maintained to the highest standard and associated tasks of data processing are completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Speaking to Customers and building relationships
  • Taking and processing Customer orders
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Cross referencing supplier invoices with delivery intake notes
  • Creating monthly sales reports
  • Sales and stock reconciliation of drivers upon their return to the depot
  • Other administrative duties, to include updating live data files

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Must demonstrate excellent Customer service skills – you will nbe the main source opf contact with our Customers
  • Can do attitude with a desire to consistently exceed our Customers expectations
  • Must demonstrate the ability to use Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel

Hours, Salary & Company Benefits:

  • Salary of £20,000 per annum
  • Working hours of 8.00am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday – 8.00am to 10.00am Every other Saturday
  • Weekly paid
  • 22 Days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
