As a Operations Support Assistant, you will be responsible for the handling of all day-to-day enquiries from web and retail customers ensuring that the brand values and standards are delivered through an exceptional customer experience. *About You*

As a Online Sales Manager you will be responsible for using digital channels to generate sales and build brand awareness

Digital channels include (but are not limited to):

· Amazon

· eBay

· Company websites

· Social media

· Search engine rankings

· Email marketing

· Online display ads

· Corporate blogs

*Duties will include but not limited to;*

· Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies in line with online focus

· Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies,

· Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies

· Develop engaging online content including forums, blogs, monitor and analyse content success

· Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns

· Contact, interview, and hire third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content

· Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites

· Drive traffic to company pages

· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

· Be proficient in MS Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook

· Have good numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail

· Degree in marketing or a related field would be advantageous

· Proven working experience in digital marketing

· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

· Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

*Skills, experience and qualifications required: *

· Experience of working within an Online Sales Manager role (1-2 years)

· Experience of Sage would be advantageous although not essential

· Attention to detail

· Ability to prioritize and manage workload

· Data collection and ordering

· Adaptability

· Initiative (thinking outside the box)
