OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 + bonus + excellent benefit package

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0

Responsible for assisting the End of Contract and Purchase Co-Ordinator with day-to-day administration duties within the End of Contract process, ensuring the flow of vehicles into Used stock is properly controlled in accordance with agreed principles and processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organise DVSA document replacements and changes to required documents.
  • Manage incoming DVLA vehicle documentation and update VSB accordingly.
  • Liaise with the Contracts Department regarding returned vehicles and documentation required.
  • Set up stock book records ensuring vehicle information is entered accurately.
  • Carry out data integrity checks on VSB for mileages, status changes and location changes and update accordingly.
  • Assist the EOC and Purchase Co-Ordinator with the purchasing process of EOC vehicles, Part Exchange vehicles and Scania Truck Rental returns.
  • Assist the EOC and Purchase Co-Ordinator with reviewing vehicle finance acceptance paperwork and raising invoices to Scania Financial Services.
  • Create EOC credit lines on VSB for EOC charged damage.
  • Creating and pushing WIP lines for the Operations Team.
  • Liaise with the dealer network to arrange EOC vehicle spare keys to be returned to Milton Keynes.
  • Manage Fuel Card and Trade Plate allocation for the Used Sales Department
  • Resolve penalty charge issues and manage incoming DVLA queries.
  • Other ad-hoc duties that may be required by the End of Contract and Purchase Co-Ordinator.
