We are currently recruiting for an urgent short-term temporary assignment for our client based in the Swale area. The role will be working at home, however there is a requirement to visit external sites across the Kent and South East London areas.
The role will require you to act as an HR Advisor, working closely with the Regional Directors assisting managers with complex cases that will include disciplinary, grievance and capability processes. You will be required to advise on the management of casework relating to sickness absence. This will include making recommendations, giving support and advice to managers, liaising with Occupational Health, case review meetings and ill-health capability meetings.
As part of the job you will prepare regular ad hoc management information reports to support continuous improvement in the management and monitoring of sickness absence and performance management.
You will have previous HR Advisory experience and be able to hit the ground running, particularly with the ER area of the role.
This is a part-time position working 3 days per week with a January start initially for a 5 week temporary period
